About Moon K9 Group

In 1991, Rich Loney founded a creative design studio in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Over the years, he built the business into a successful, full-service marketing communications agency serving regional, national, and international clients. In 2022, Rich sold the Ohio-based company and began a new chapter in South Florida.

Drawing on decades of experience in design, marketing, and communications, Rich launched the Moon K9 Group (MK9) to provide creative solutions and specialized website content management services to condominiums and other clients throughout Florida.

As a CondoSites Authorized Content Services Provider, Rich brings more than his past professional experience to the table. His firsthand experience serving as president of his condominium association's board has given him valuable insight into the responsibilities of condominium directors, the challenges associations face, and the importance of keeping residents informed and association websites properly maintained.
